1. Must be born on or before 31 December 2021, and
2. Must be Hong Kong residents with right of abode or valid permission to remain in Hong Kong.

Application Form Distribution Period:

      From 18 September 2023 (Mon) onwards

Collection of Application Forms (No quota)   

       1.Obtain the application form at the kindergarten in person

          Mondays-Fridays 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m., 1:30p.m.-5:00 p.m.
          Saturdays 9:30a.m. -12noon

          Sundays and public holidays – closed
